Daily Deviation

Given 2009-02-13

"I have a mild arachnophobia. Spiders usually scare me very much. In MD 9 by ~twisteDtenDerness, the spider does not scare me, does not disgust me, does not put me off. It rather looks like a sweet girl in a pink satin dress seated on a bed covered in lilac sheets. The focus works wonders for the impression and general feel - it makes the picture (or should I say portrait) look soft and gentle and even a bit private as if the lady has let the photographer in her boudoir."
